I study astrology. I get distracted.

Sun sign astrology uses up the offcuts of the other stuff; I can’t abide waste.

Your Blog is one of the funniest I’ve read in ages, I love it. I’m just reviewing it for the Astrological Association’s Journal. Any chance you can drop me an email?

As above, so bel—oh look, kittens.

You nailed me…spoke to three dominant parts of my process…

Oh Kelly, kittens would be good. Kittens would be very good. Kittens would be so much gooderer than a pre-Leo full moon fluffy idiot who charges around the garden with something brown bobbing around his rear end, swearing at me when I get close with the scissors and papertowels.

        Kittens seem so far away.

Holly, hello, thanks for popping your head up and more thanks for sending me something to do other than next week’s sun sign thingy for seven minutes and nine seconds.

I’ve never seen it before. Brilliant. There must be an army of us out there. A potential army. Enough ability and talent to sort out the world’s problems. In just a minute. This button’s a bit loose. It just needs a stitch…

Could we both use a t-shirt? Take your pick, I’ll have the other:

As above, so bel—oh look, kittens…and puppies is so Ray Grasse. He managed to help edit Tarnas’ “Cosmos and Psyche” somewhere between digging in Cairo and surfing YouTube for the lastest online oddities.

    : )

Oh, my, you are a funny, funny astrologer! I’m so fed up with all the grim stuff on the cardinal t-square that I’m trying to get a bunch of astrologers to post funny stuff this weekend, to kick off National Humor Month. I will definitely link to you! Great stuff. Donna Cunningham of Skywriter

    • 18 distractedastrologer March 30, 2010 at 8:22 pm

Donna, hello, this is grand. I was rereading your Games Astrologers Play chapter from AAGTSA just last night, after warning a friend off a nitwit who was trying to access her knickers via her chart.

Re cardinal t-square: having Pluto at 29deg of a mutable and Moon at 2deg of a cardinal, it’s either witter on here or gnaw my leg off above the t-square manacle. And I’m out of HP Sauce.

Thanks for popping along, and for the offer of a link. Take good care.

    Hello Distracted Astrologer!

Enjoy your writing! You are one sharp and fun cookie! Playful, clever, irreverent, without being pretentious! How do you do that? 😉 Whenever I try anything of the sort, I usually fall flat on my face.

    In awe,
    Elaine Kalantarian

(And thanks for the reciprocal link to my site. I appreciate that very much.)

Ach, Elaine – could you please catch a time machine with me back to the mid 80s and write my school report? Thanks for popping up, the link is a pleasure. I write in scritchy bits because I fail at the clear, compassionate and informative style I envy (yours). Hey ho.

      Bests, Gin.
